Because every piece in our 2026 collection is crafted on-demand or hand-assembled, our fulfillment process is divided into two distinct stages: Production and Transit.

The Production Window

We do not pull dusty, generic items off a warehouse shelf. To ensure the highest quality for your keepsake, every order enters our production queue the moment your payment is secured.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 02:00 PM (CST) Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to laser-cut, print, assemble, and quality-check your piece.
  • Quality Assurance: Every ornament—whether acrylic, wood, or ceramic—undergoes a final inspection under studio lighting to ensure colors are vibrant and edges are polished before being boxed.

Peak Season: During high-volume holiday periods, we prioritize maintaining our quality standards over rushing production. We appreciate your patience as we craft your 2026 memories.

  • Expedited Shipping: Choosing Priority Handling accelerates the transit time once the package leaves our studio, but does not bypass the necessary 2-4 day production window.

We use engineered packaging designed to withstand the rigors of modern transit. Every ornament is secured within a dedicated ORLY gift box, supported by custom cushioning to prevent movement. Whether it’s a glass heart or a 3-layer wooden frame, our goal is for your keepsake to arrive in pristine condition, ready for immediate display.

Tracking & Transparency

We believe in complete visibility. The moment your shipping label is generated at our studio, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to register the first scan as the package moves from our facility to their sorting hub.

If your milestone arrives compromised—whether it is cracked glass, snapped wood, or a dented ceramic piece—it is our responsibility, not yours. To initiate a replacement:

  1. Take a clear photograph of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  2. Email the photos along with your Order Number to support@orlydecor.com.
  3. Our team will expedite a replacement piece to you at no additional cost.
