Welcome to ORLY. This document outlines the operational boundaries and mutual expectations that govern our relationship as we craft your 2026 milestones. By accessing our digital storefront and finalizing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the framework detailed below.

ORLY provides professional-grade, on-demand keepsakes, including but not limited to laser-cut wood, optical-grade acrylic, and high-fired ceramic ornaments. Our service includes the digital drafting, physical manufacturing, and logistics coordination of these items.

• Data Accuracy: For all personalized orders, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and specifications provided. Our production team executes orders exactly as submitted.
• Material Variations: Because we work with natural materials like wood and high-glaze ceramics, minor variations in grain pattern or texture are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
• Digital Representation: We strive for 100% color accuracy in our product photography. However, due to variances in 2026 display technologies (OLED, HDR, etc.), the physical product’s color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

• Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or technical errors in pricing.
• Modifications: Due to our expedited “Direct-to-Studio” workflow, modifications to orders must be requested within 12 hours of placement. Beyond this window, the production process is irreversible.

Everything you see on this platform—including our custom 3-layer designs, specialized typography layouts, and brand photography—is the exclusive property of ORLY DECOR.

• You are granted access for personal use and gifting only.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or “design-cloning” of our 2026 collection for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and protected under U.S. copyright laws.

All payments are handled through the Stripe secure infrastructure. By completing a transaction, you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours. Full payment is captured at the time of order to secure your position in our production queue.

While we take absolute responsibility for the quality of our craftsmanship (as detailed in our Quality Commitment), ORLY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our digital services.

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of our operational headquarters.

As technology and logistics evolve in 2026, we may update these terms to better serve our community. The version posted here at the time of your purchase will be the governing document for that specific transaction.
